Due to wide spread irregularities in this years election, we have no confidence in the final results.

Therefore, we now issue the following directive pursuant to the IX. Amendment of said Constitution to all public officials sworn to support the United States Constitution

We direct election officials involved in the issuing, collecting, securing and protecting any and all Absentee-Ballots, Voting records, or election Ballots for the November 3rd 2020 Election to receive and time stamp the following: IX. Amendment  Voter rescission and repudiation affidavits.

To accept new voter affidavits with attached sealed envelopes containing tracking numbers, verifying and validating the voter to have been a lawfully registered voter, who voted in the November 3rd 2020 Election.
Within that sealed envelope, will be yet another envelope with its own tracking number consistent with the enclosed Ballot.

This new Ballot shall declare who the voter is voting for, and contain a private validation number, a copy of which is to be retained by the voter. Once the envelope containing the Ballot is opened, it is to be uploaded to the internet for public viewing. The voter will then be able to look up and validate their vote was accurately counted and recorded.

We the Free and Independent People, are now exercising one of our non enumerated rights reserved and secured to us under the Bill of Rights pursuant to:  IX. AMENDMENT.
