RIGHTS!

Rights v. Powers

We the people have rights and we delegated powers to our public officials.

Because we ordained and established the Constitution for the United States, we are the Masters, not the servants of government. Our public officials are equal as one of the people, but they are just our public servants when acting in their official capacity.

They have no power or authority over us, unless they expressly cite some lawful authority we gave them. Since when does the servant become greater than the Master?
