IX. Amendment Community Centers of the United States is a program where the people can establish community centers on the local, county, state and national levels to monitor and control those who are suppose to serve the people.

Just as it is the duty of all good parents to monitor, control and discipline their children, lest they grow up to be totally out of control spoiled tyrannical little brats, so too, is it the duty of a free and independent people to supervise and control their public officials.
